Who I am

born 1958 in Cologne, Germany. Masterbutcher by education and family-history. My interest in healty eating and lifestyle led me into production of organic meatproducts and vegetarian healthfoods. I found, grew and sold Natumi, the first german company that produced Soymilk, ricemilk and oatmilk from the whole grain. Natumi is part of the Hain-Celestial-Group (HAIN) scince Feb. 2004. Today I run Foodtech Solutions, a service company in the food industry with focus on organic products.

My hobbies are reading, reading, reading, listenting to music (classical chamber music, jazz and klezmer), swimming and rollerscating.
