leider gibt es im deutschsprachigen raum keinen text zu diesem kapitel. habe mich bemüht, recht knapp uns sachlich das wesentliche zusammenzufassen. schau mal auf die englischspachige literatur hierzu, enorm...! es gibt eine reihe bücher zu diesem thema, aber eben nicht in deutsch.
