There are two uses of the term "reducing" in this article that are confusing. There should be a link to what is meant by "reduction" in cooking. Ten years ago, you didn't have products on the shelf with "REDUCING" on the label, now we do. Same with "chipotle" 20 years ago. Seriously, companies are VERY reluctant to use terms consumers might not know, and education only happens through the media or the Internet.

What the hell does "reducing" mean now?!? And why should the word even be in THIS article?
