How Do I Upload A PDF?

[edit source]

I have created a PDF of Beyond Blender Render. However when attempting to upload it appeared that it would only allow images on the proper form. Could it be licensed as my own work? Is there a different form I should be using?

Consider uploading it to http://wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Book&bookcmd=book_creator&referer=Main+Page

  • On http://www.blender.org/ it says right at the top: "Blender is the free open source 3D content creation suite, available for all major operating systems under the GNU General Public License." This means that any screenshots of this software must also be published on that license. So you cannot claim that part as your own work. Consider making the whole of your book be licensed the same way, under GNU General Public License, that would be the simplest. --Mareklug (discusscontribs) 23:04, 31 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
    • Makes sense... Thanks!

Hi Downdate, Could you check your template please? The bulletin board posting of it might need a look to. It looks as though the image has been removed from part of it. I'm not an experienced editor and there's the possiblity I could be the person who deleted it. I don't think it was me..I'm pretty sure you have to save changes elsewhere than the sandbox to make them stick. but I was Examining and experimenting with the code in my sandbox earlier, and now I see that the image is gone. I'm a bit nervous about trying to fix it. So sorry if this turns out to be my doing. oh, and by the way...How can I view the history of a page I didnt make?

Does hitting the cancel button not cancel an edit?
