- late reply! You are very welcome. I found that writing about it and having it all checked was a very useful way of learning for me, even though it took some time to do. If I had more time or more help I would have liked to extend the book in other areas. Now you have bbrought my attention back to this book I will check it over to see if and how it is being extended.
