The reasons for this block were a frequent amount of edits within a short space of time which were adding or removing categories from existing pages without suitable explanation in the Edit Summary and without a bot flag. Czech and Spanish Wikibooks have also expressed concern and previously such concern was mentioned by Icelandic and English Wikipedia.
