Friday, November 4, 2005 An anti-American rally in Argentina became violent Friday when rioters clashed with police, set street bonfires and destroyed storefronts over six square city blocks. Earlier there was a peaceful march by about 10,000 demonstrators who listened to Hugo Chavez, Venezuelan President, urge them to fight U.S. policies, including free trade agreements.

Bolivia's leading presidential candidate Evo Morales also joined the protestors to oppose U.S. President George W. Bush.
