Beginning at the Illinois-Missouri State line on the Chain-of-Rocks Bridge over the Mississippi River, thence easterly to State Route 3, thence north on SR 3 to Interstate Route 270, thence easterly on I-270 via Mitchell to State Route 111, thence north on SR 111 3 mile to junction with present US 40 By-Pass and US 66 By-Pass, thence easterly to junction with State Route 157, thence southerly on SR 157 about 1.5 mile, thence easterly via Troy to US 40 east of Troy..

Beginning at interchange with present US 66 By-Pass and Interstate 270, thence eastward with I-270 to junction with connection to Chain-of-Rocks Bridge, thence southeasterly via Chain-of-Rocks Bridge to Missouri-Illinois State line.

Beginning at the Illinois-Missouri State line on the Chain-of-Rocks Bridge over the Mississippi River, thence easterly to State Route 3, thence north on SR 3 Interstate 270, thence easterly on I-270 via Mitchell to State Route 111 thence north on SR 111 .3 mile to junction with present US 66 By-Pass, thence easterly to junction with State Route 157 thence northeasterly via Edwardsville to junction with present US 66 at Hamel.

Beginning at intersection with US 66, Interstate 40 and present US 93 northwest of Kingman, thence easterly on I-40 approximately 23 miles, thence south on new connection to State Route 93, thence southeasterly on SR 93 via Wikieup, Wickenburg, Morristown, Glendale, Phoenix, Masa, Chandler, Casa Grande, Eloy, Picacho, Rillito and Tucson, thence southerly via Xavier, Continental, Amado and Carmen to the International Boundary between the United States and Mexico at Nogales.
