Julian Myron Brown (born November 3, 1969 in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania) is a retired American basketball player, formerly in the NBA. At 6'3" (1.90 m) and 180 lb (82 kg), he played as a shooting guard.

He played collegiately 4 seasons (1987/88-1990/91) for the Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, and was selected by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2nd round (34th pick overall) of the 1991 NBA Draft.

He played in the NBA for only one season (1991/92), for the Timberwolves in 4 games.
