Cofina (EuronextCFN) is a Portuguese media conglomerate. The company was established in 1995.[1] It has its headquarters in Porto.[1]

Group Brands

Cofina publishes four newspapers: Correio da Manhã, Record, Jornal de Negócios, Destak.

Cofina also publishes two printed magazines: Sábado[2] and TV Guia[3] as well as two online printed magazines: Flash![4] and Máxima.

Cofina also owns one television channel: CMTV. CMTV is the fourth largest generalist channel in Portugal.[5]


History

Since October 26, 2023, the new owners of Cofina are a group of investors that include Cristiano Ronaldo [6] through Portuguese company Expressão Livre[7].
