The men's 100 meters event at the 2024 Summer Olympics is scheduled to take place on 3 August and 4 August 2024 at the Stade de France.[1]
Background
This will be the thirtieth time the 100 meter dash will be held at the Olympic Games. It has appeared at every modern Olympic Games.
Competition format
The event is planned to include a preliminary round, first round, semifinal, and final round. The preliminary and first round will take place on 3 August while the semifinal and final are to take place on 4 August.
