Adobe Jenson is a typeface created for Adobe Systems by type designer Robert Slimbach. It is based on a roman typeface designed by Nicolas Jenson in 1470 in a style that would later be known as Venetian oldstyle. It was originally released as a multiple master font, and is now available as an OpenType® font. The multiple master version included weight and optical size axes.

Jenson is a highly idiosyncratic font, with inconsistencies that help differentiate letters to make it a highly readable typeface appropriate for large amounts of text.

The italic characters in this family are based on those by Ludovico Vicentino degli Arrighi.
