Angela Markado is a 1980 Philippine crime drama film directed by National Artist Lino Brocka. It is written by Jose Lacaba based on a comics serial by Carlo J. Caparas. The film stars Hilda Koronel, Raoul Aragon, Rez Cortez, Johnny Delgado, Ruel Vernal, and Celia Rodriguez.[1]

The film was screened and competed in Festival des 3 Continents in Nantes, France, in 1984, in which it won the grand prize.[2] The movie was remade in 2015 under the direction of Caparas and starred Andi Eigenmann.[2]
