Aroura may refer to:

  • Arura, an Homeric word for earth, land.
  • Aroura, a unit of surface used for measuring land in Ancient Egypt as reported by Greek sources. One aroura was 100 × 100 cubits, that is about 2756.25 square metres.[1]
  • Aroura, a 1971 composition for strings by Iannis Xenakis.
  • Bani Zeid al-Sharqiya, a Palestinian village.
