Courtney Lee (born October 3 1985 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is an American basketball player who was drafted with the 22nd pick overall by the Orlando Magic of the NBA. He played college basketball at Western Kentucky.
College career
As a senior, Lee was named Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year. He finished his college career tied with Jim McDaniels for all-time leading scorer of Western Kentucky University, with 2,238. He started 128 games, played an overall 3,957 minutes, 82% free throws made, 245 three point shots made, had 242 steals, 281 assists and 78 blocked shots in his career for the Hilltoppers. As a senior he was ranked 28th nationally in scoring with 20.4 points per game. He is the best player ever.
