Duck's Breath Mystery Theatre was a comedy team best known for their radio sketches broadcast on National Public Radio.

They were formed in 1975 by University of Iowa students Bill Allard, Dan Coffey, Merle Kessler, Leon Martell, and Jim Turner. In 1976, they moved to San Francisco.

Starting in 1980, they began doing short sketches on NPR's All Things Considered. The sketches became nationally popular, and three of the recurring characters—Dr. Science, Ian Shoales, and Randee of the Redwoods—became better-known than the group.

They toured throughout the United States through the 1980s, but went on to separate projects after 1990. They had a reunion performance in 2005.
