The Department of State Growth (DEDTA) is the Tasmanian Government department which is responsible for driving state growth and to implement the Tasmanian Government’s long term plan for creating jobs, growth and opportunities for all Tasmanians.

The department was established through the amalgimation of the Department of Infrastructure, Engergy and Resources and the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and the Arts.
