Donal Keenan (1919-1990) was the twenty fourth president of the Gaelic Athletic Association.

Born in Elphin, County Roscommon, he won two county senior football medals with the local GAA club. and also a Dublin Senior Football Championship medal with U.C.D. in 1943

He won an All-Ireland Junior Football Championship medal in 1940 and two All-Ireland Senior Football Championship medals in 1943 and 1944.

He acted as coach and selector for the Roscommon county senior teams for almost two decades.

Administratively, he served as chairman of the Connacht Council from 1970 to 1973 before becoming President of the GAA in 1973.
