Ella Tengbom-Velander

Ella Tengbom-Velander (born 28 July 1921 in Karlshamn), is a Swedish politician (Moderate Party).[1] She was the Municipal commissioner of Helsingborg in 1977–1982 and 1986–1988. In 1967-1973, she served as Municipal commissioner of the opposition in Helsingborg. She was the first female Municipal commissioner in Sweden.
