Nanny Gyulchehra Bobokulova from Uzbekistan was arrested after decapitating 4-year-old Anastasia Meshcheryakova and wandering the streets of Moscow while waving the child's head and yelling Allahu Akbar (Arabic phrase for “God is great”) and threatening to “blow everyone up”. She said that Allah told her to do it in revenge for Putin's bombs in Syria

Anastasia's mother, Ekaterina Meshcheryakova, collapsed in the street when hearing the horrific news and was taken to hospital. Anastasias father, Vladimir Meshcheryakov, is a technician at a mobile phone company. Anastasia also had a brother: Konstantin, age 15.

Although the attack shocked the world, sources close to the investigation revealed that she will probably never face trial because is insane and not responsible.
