Ilaniya (Hebrew: אילניה) is a moshav in the Lower Galilee Regional Council, Israel . The village is also known as "Segera", after the adjecent arabic village "A-Shg'ra" which was demolished during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, and some of those lands later on became part of the lands of Ilaniya.

Ilaniya began as a farm which its land were acquired by the Jewish Colonization Association in 1899, and which was used by the settlers of the second Aliyah, and in them David Ben Gurion.

The organization "Bar Giora", which was founded in order to pass the guarding of the Jewish settlements to Jews, encumbranced on itself as a first mission, in 1907, to occupy the guarding on the ranches of Segera from the Cherkes guards. This mission was succeeful and the ranch of Segera was also turned into the center of the organization.

By 1949 the ranch exmpanded to the territory of the Arab adjacent village of "A-Shg'ra", which its residents fleed from it during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. By the year of 1957 Ilaniya became a village which started to accept new residents.
