Joan Lorentz Park is a green space in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S. It is located at 441 Broadway, adjacent to the main branch of the Cambridge Public Library and Cambridge Rindge and Latin School. It contains a fenced playground and tennis courts with pickleball markings.[2] It is 2.9 acres (12,000 m2) large.[2] The park contains at least 22 tree species.[3]

The main area of the park is a designated off-leash zone for dog use during the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 am.

It contains a Bluebikes dock on the south sidewalk.

It is named after Joan Lorentz, a speech pathologist who was active in the community around the park. Lorentz was a member of the Cambridge Civic Association and founded the Mid-Cambridge Neighborhood Association.[4]
