KTBS-TV is an ABC affiliate licensed to Shreveport, Louisiana. It is owned locally by the Wray family, and serves Northwest Louisiana, Southwest Arkansas, Northeast Texas, and extreme southeastern Oklahoma (collectively known as the Ark-La-Tex). The station began broadcasting on channel 3 on September 3, 1955.

Its transmitter is located in Mooringsport, Louisiana.

In 2003, KTBS 3 began producing repurposed editions of KTBS 3 News for KPXJ 21, following The Wray's purchase of the station from Paxson Communications, named UPN21 News at Nine airing at 9:00pm nightly. The weekday newscasts are anchored by KTBS education reporter and KTBS 3 News at 6 co-anchor Gwen Campbell while the weekend edition is anchored by reporter and KTBS 3 News weekend anchor Jodi Lowery. Additionally, KTBS produces a morning news program for KPXJ, UPN21 News at Seven, anchored by KTBS 3 First News anchors Sonja Bailes and Ed Walsh.

KTBS had aired rebroadcasts of their 5:00 and 10:00pm newscasts on KPXJ before the switch to UPN from i.
