When she and Rocky step in on the pizza delivery to meet him, they found out that he's living a less than glamorous life. They found out that he has given up on choreography and that he doesn't have the nerve to choreograph the show. The girls take matters into their own hands by choreographing the show, inspiring Theodore to get back on his feet and choreograph again. Meanwhile, Uncle Frank entrusts Deuce with the keys to the cash register at Crusty's, but the added responsibility becomes too much pressure.[33]

Meanwhile, Deuce and Ty enter a competition to win a new "Yo phone" after Deuce broke Ty's phone. "Shake It Up, Chicago" has a charity auction, and auctions off the dancers to spend the afternoon with fans. Gunther and Tinka bid on Rocky and CeCe with a lot of money, but in order to get their money, they have to watch their deceiving little cousin, Klaus. After Gunther and Tinka see Klaus glue all the money Rocky and CeCe earned for Ms. Nancy, they decide to give all the money they had to help Rocky and CeCe save Ms. Nancy. At the end of the episode, Ty and Deuce win the phone competition, but since Ty is related to Rocky, he is disqualified and Deuce gets the new phone, since family members related to dancers on "Shake It Up, Chicago", are not allowed to compete.
