Paul Anderton (born 1962) is an amateur body-builder from Australia, won 1st place, INBA Mr. SA, Masters, 2007. He is also an entrepreneur and inventor of the “AMMP” training system. [1] [2]
Body Building
INBA
Paul acted as head judge for the INBA SA competitions (Adelaide Classic and Mr/Ms SA titles) from 2002 to 2005. He placed 2nd in the Masters division of the Mr. SA, and as a result, was invited to compete in the Mr. Australia. Placing 4th in the Masters division was the invitation to compete in the Mr. Olympia.[3] Paul did not place at the 2006 Olympia but set a goal to compete in the Olympia again in 2007. [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]Paul placed second in the Masters of the 2007 Olympia in Thesonoliki, Greece. [9]
In 2008, Paul missed the Australian competitions due to work commitments, but having pre-qualified for the international competitions with his 2007 placings, was a late entry into the Mr. Olympia (no place) and the Mr. Universe Masters division (third place, Masters) a week later in Corona LA. [10]
In 2009, Paul had started his PT business and again competed in the Mr. SA, Mr. Australia, and Mr. Olympia.[11] [12] and at the age of 47, placed third in the Masters and fifth in the Men’s Open Short Class. [13] [14]
