Salahudin Sandiaga Uno, also called Sandi Uno (born in Rumbai, Pekanbaru, June 28, 1969, age 40 years [1])), is a businessman from Indonesia . Often present at the event seminars, Sandi Uno provide debriefing about entrepreneurship primarily at the youth[1].
Career
Sandi Uno started his business after he became an unemployed when the company that hired him bankrupt. Together with his partner, Sandi Uno founded a company in the financial sector, PT Saratoga Advisor[1]. The effort has proven successful and has acquired several other companies. In 2009, Sandi Uno listed as the richest man ranked 29 in Indonesia according to Forbes magazine[2].
Sandi Uno is a graduate of Wichita State University, United States, with summa cum laude. Sandi began her career as an employee of Bank Summa in 1990. A year later he got a scholarship to continue her education at George Washington University, USA. He graduated with a GPA of 4.00[2].
Then, in 1993 he joined the Seapower Asia Investment Limited in Singapore as an investment manager as well as in the MP Group Holding Limited (starting 1994). In 1995 he moved to NTI Resources Ltd. of Canada and served as Executive Vice President mendeteksi Resources Ltd., with 8000 revenue of U.S. dollars per month. However, the monetary crisis since late 1997 forced the company[2].
Sandi Uno in 1997 founded the firm of financial advisers, PT Recapital Advisors with his high school friend, Rosan Perkasa Roeslani. Armed with networking that both the enterprise and financial institutions in and outside the country, Sandi Uno successfully run the business[2].
