Addis Ababa or Cairo?

With these edits in 2016 the location given in the article was changed from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to Cairo, Egypt. The reference/link still point to a building said to be in Addis Ababa. Which building shall this article be about? --Marsupium (talk) 10:21, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
