Doorway Girl

>The Doorway Girl is analogue to the Doorknob in Disney's Alice in Wonderland and appears only in the animated version Is the Doorway Girl only in the animated version (as opposed to the manga), the Doorknob only in the Disney animated version, or are they both only in their animated versions?
