new page for lovers of pictorial maps

November 11th 2006: I have just created this page on Pictorial maps. Hoping to get feed back on it.JLR-mapman 10:21, 12 November 2006 (UTC)-[reply]

Love your site, there's hardly anything on the web about pictorial maps. Here's a link to an artist with good examples of pictorial maps: http://www.cityvisions.co.uk/map.php . Stagbag 11:17, 27 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Finally a response!.I was amazed how Wikipedia can have trainloads of info on (say) the different types of Kryptonite yet remain almost silent on an ancient and fascinating subject like pictorial maps. Thank you Stagbag for that link.JLR-mapman 01:27, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I also enjoy your entry and the links associated with it. Thanks for creating it! Here is another very good contemporary pictorial map-maker: http://koorosmaps.com/index.htm —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.126.167.156 (talk) 16:19, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Borber. are you Maria Rabinky? if so I am honnored to meet a fellow pictorial mapmaker.

I am puzzled at why you keep copying parts of the top of the article and adding it to the bottom. You are more than welcomed to add to the article but why do you add things that are already written? This is the only reason I deleted because it creates repetition.JLR-mapman (talk) 03:57, 13 August 2009 (UTC).[reply]

NOTE: Too many people have put in commercial websites on the external links. This has attracted the attention by the Wiki powers that be and they were all deleted.
