José Ribeiro Tiago Costa (born 22 April 1985) is a Portuguese right back currently playing for Romanian Liga I team FC Timişoara.

Tiago Costa previously played for Benfica B and Scottish side Heart of Midlothian. He made his home debut for Hearts against Inverness Caledonian Thistle on 28 August 2006, however failed to feature again for the club and was released on 13 November 2006.[1] He joined Vihren Sandanski in June 2007. His name was once referenced by the Internet meme Boxxy.

He signed in 2010 winter a contract until the summer, with option for renewal.
