UTC Sabah

The Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) or Pusat Transformasi Bandar is a public amenities centre in Malaysia.

Overview

UTC is the abbreviation for Urban Transformation Transformation Centre or City Centre. It is one of the efforts and initiatives of the Government to provide core services to the Government and the private sector in the City community a one-stop or in a building.

It is part of the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) (Strategi Lautan Biru) was introduced to improve the quality of services through strategic partnerships between government agencies and the private sector.

The urban communities can make transactions with government departments and private sector in a building with save time without having to go into the buildings from the government.

UTC also provides development and youth activities centre, retail space, both local and central activities of NGOs

There are six UTC's in Malaysia in Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Melaka, Johor Bahru and Alor Star.

UTC Kota Kinabalu

The UTC Kota Kinabalu is located at Kota Kinabalu.

UTC Kuala Lumpur

The UTC Kuala Lumpur is located at Pudu Sentral.

UTC Ipoh

The UTC Ipoh is located at Ipoh.

UTC Melaka

The UTC Melaka is located at Melaka.

UTC Johor Bahru

The UTC Johor Bahru is located at Pandan Uptown.

The UTE Alor Star is located at Alor Star.
