Hi, I am a resident of Seattle, Washington. I am originally from Wisconsin. Previously, I was a graduate student studying hearing and synaptic plasticity. I am currently a professional art appreciator in the field of software development. New ideas are my fuel; and I'm fascinated by how new concepts are transmitted.

In middle age, I achieved a lifetime goal of fluency in a language other than English. Learning Spanish was probably the most difficult thing I have done.
