History

Prior to founding GroundWork, Robert Fanini and Dave Lilly founded SiteROCK, an e-Commerce management service that was sold to Avasta in 2002.(BBW1)(SFB1) The pair launched GroundWork in 2003, and Robert Fanini served as the first CEO.( BBW1) Later CEOs included Ranga Rangachari and Pete Jackson.(CNET1)(IN) Dave Lilly is the current CEO.(MS1)
