Request reason:
I have been blocked for a very long time now. I understand that the images I uploaded were in copyright violation and I can asure you that it will not happen again. I think to say that I was abusing accounts is unfair. It was not deliberate, I meant well and the edits I made were intended to help Wikipedia, its just that at the time I did not know the editing rules. I now fully understand those rules so I will not make the same mistakes. I would be most grateful if I could be unblocked so that I can show that I have learned to edit Wikipedia properly.
Decline reason:
As it says in the guide for appealing blocks:
- Make the unblock request from your original account. Sockpuppeteers aren't often unblocked—since they've acted dishonestly, it's hard to believe them—but the administrators certainly aren't going to unblock the sockpuppet account.

- Excuse me but unfortunatley I have been blocked from editing the Talk page on my original account, therefore I cannot request to be unblocked which I think is a bit unfair. which is why I made the request here. The original account was blocked for uploading images which were in breach of the copyright rules. I know that I was wrong to do that but at the time I was new and did not understand the rules. I know better now. What can I do to be unblocked ?195.137.109.177 (talk) 13:38, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Hi please listen to what I have to say in full. I am being honest. The reason I am requesting an unblock here is because my talk page for my account for Mjgm84 has been blocked so I cannot request there. My Mjgm84 account was originally blocked because I had uploaded images with copyright problems. At the time I did not fully understand the rules, however I do fully understand the rules now and would like to show that I can properly edit Wikipedia. I also think it was unfair for me to be given an imediate indefinate block before being given a temporary block, it must be at least two years since I was blocked. Why wasn't I given a block which expires at some point ? Please can someone help me to get my account unblocked

If you wish what you indicate to still be your preferred main account unblocked, you cannot make a request using a sock account. Use the email list. — Daniel Case (talk) 20:26, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
