I don't think it can be corrected, the fair use rationale you are using is for a logo, this isn't a logo. And I don't think the image can be used, although I'm not an expert. You can ask at Wikipedia:Non-free content review. Corvus cornix_talk 02:35, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Image:Roni browers.JPG

A tag has been placed on Image:Roni browers.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free image with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria.
