Sebastian Gabriel Vanatoru (Romanian: Vanatoru Sebastian-Gabriel, born 29 May 1994) is a Romanian professional tennis player. He has also reached the trid round of the 2009 French Open. Her career high ranking was World No.86 which she achieved on May 6, 2010. As of 24 May 2010, her ranking is World No.90 , making her the current Romanian No.2.

Biography

Early and personal life

Vanatoru was born in Hunedoara to Marcel, and Gabriela. He is now coached by her mother Gabriela and her older brother Ionut.He has homes in Moscow, Warsaw, Monte Carlo. He is coached by Ilie Nastase in 2009. It is sponsored by Nike after the junior was sponsored by Reebock and early last year by Addidas.

In the Grand Slem Australian Open Sebi reaching the first round to Dudi Sela with the score 6-3, 7-6(3), 4-6, 7-6(8).In the secound round he lost to Fernando Verdasco with the score 1-6, 2-6, 2-6. In the next tournament Open's 13 he reched in the semifinals losing to Michaël Llodra with the score 1-6, 6-7. In the tournament Indian Wells Sebi reachet the four round losing to Juan Mónaco with the score 3-6, 6-2, 6-1. In the next tournament Miami he reched the trid round losing to Andy Roddick with the score 2-6, 1-6.
