D&D wiki project consensus

[edit]

A call to all members of the D&D wiki project. We are currently having a major dispute that needs to be settled by all members of the D&D wiki project. The dispute is as follows. 1. Should we put disambiguation tags on D&D articles preemptively or should we wait until there is an article conflict with some other Wikipedia article. Vote on preemptive or wait.

2. What should we label these tags? Example "child's play (module)", or "child's play (adventure)" and at this point we are taking all suggestions.

Cancellazione Ciro Discepolo su English Wiki

[edit]

—Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.18.136.109 (talk) 08:51, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Advertisment

[edit]

Hello Trixt. I understand you created the advertisment (Qxz-ad31.gif) for Wikiproject video games. I am from Wikiproject Simpsons, and we are trying to create a similar ad. We have the text and font worked out, but when the text goes through a transition, the image fades in and out. How can we resolve this problem. Here is the current version of our ad Image:Wpdohad5.gif --Simpsons fan 66 23:03, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, thank you anyway. --Simpsons fan 66 23:28, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Commons

[edit]

Thanks for your note, will use the other PD tag next time I transfer WP PD images to commons. I thought PD was PD was PD, and there weren't classes of public domain, it either is or isn't. I had removed PD self, but I hadn't added PD author, just left it as PD, will use PD author next time. The WP to commons uploader option doesn't work very well it just hangs up. Ancora sulla questione "buona fede" non...presunta

[edit]

--Kasper2006 (talk) 17:39, 27 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
