Black Velvet is a bus company located in Southampton. It is owned by John Vaughn former owner of Uni-link and co-owner of the failed company City Clipper. It operates some small routes in Southampton but will get more recognition when it takes of Route A in Eastleigh formerly operated by the Solent Blue Line brand Red Rocket.
