Vincent Rabiega (born 14 June 1995) is a German-born, Polish footballer who plays as a Forward for Bradford City in England.

Career

Born in Berlin to a Polish Mother and a German Father, Chess-Grandmaster Robert Rabiega, Rabiega began his career at BFC Preussen where he remained until the 2009/10 season. During this time he celebrated the Berlin Championship with the junior team, contributing 37 goals.

In summer 2010, Rabiega joined Hertha Berlin on a free transfer. It was here that he focused on making the German U16 team but later joined the Polish U16 team due to his Polish heritage.

In 2011 After spending the 2010–2011 season in the 2. Bundesliga, Hertha Berlin secured their return to the Bundesliga for the 2011–12 season by winning 1–0 at MSV Duisburg, during this time Rabiega played in the U17 Hertha Berlin team managing 4 goals and 6 assists. The 11/12 season ends by winning the German U17 Championship against VfB Stuttgart. Rabiega scored in the Final (2-0).

In February 2013 despite numerous offers from Poland, the Bundesliga and Europe, Rabiega made the move to RB Leipzig. During the 13/14 season Rabiega played for the RB Leipzig U19 team before making the move to RB Leipzig II in July 2014.

Bradford City

On the 16th August 2016[1] after spending pre-season on trial, Rabiega penned a one year contract with Bradford City A.F.C., making him the tenth signing of the summer transfer season. During his time on trial Rabiega scored twice in City's friendly match with near neighbours Bradford Park Avenue.[2] He will wear number 17 for the 16/17 Season.
