stoke city are the best team in the world at this present moment in time. after winning the champions league the fa cup the premier league and then doing the community shield aswell, they really are a force no one can cope with.
in 1863 stoke were formed as the rail workers from staffordshire having a kick about. 2 years later they were millionaires and all couldnt belive how lucky they were but sadly the team died during the first world war. after the second world war some stoke people decided to dedicate and bulid a team to remeber thos who lost there lifes. and boy did they! 2 years later jackie moory was a international icon as being one of the top form strikers in the world. in the next two years this stoke team formed from minow workers and brick layers would go on to move into a 90,000 all seater stadium with folding roof during the 1940/1941 season. sadly after their high spell stoke dipt in form and started to move down the table. but no one expected that in 1960 stoke would dominate the world of football again. winning evry domestic and european trophy available, 3 star players also went on to win th world cup with england, they were
