Suspected sockpuppets


There was an unsigned response left to an RfC survey by Herbst du preez here on the Talk:Racism in South Africa page. The response was subsequently signed by DumaTorpedo here. DumaTorpedo then altered the response again to remove DumaTorpedo's own signature and make it appear that the response was signed by Herbst du preez here. The response also contained the same misspelling of "ethnic" as "ethic" that DumaTorpedo made in his own survey response and several times elsewhere on the talk page.

Herbst du preez's first contribution was on the 12th of April 2018 and has only contributed to a few pages, namely: Racism in South Africa, Afrikaans, and DumaTorpedo's talk page. WitbooiBrada's first contribution was on the 10th of May 2018 and has only contributed to Racism in South Africa, Apartheid and Cape Coloureds. DumaTorpedo has already admitted a link to Vusumuzi Mpofu here. I strongly suspect that all four accounts are operated by the same individual and that they are being used to attempt to swing the talk page consensus. I signed incorrectly signed Herbst comments as my own by mistake after being asked ( in good faith to enhance the quality of Wikipedia) to by Ornilnas. WitbooiBrada and myself have no links. Vusi and I study in the same college and I did encourage him to join Wikipedia, he is however a separate person entirely to myself. DumaTorpedo (talk) 14:45, 14 May 2018 (UTC)DumaTorpedo[reply]
