Chelavand-e Pain (Persian: چلوندپائين, also Romanized as Chelevand-e Pā’īn and Chelvand-e Pā’īn)[1] is a village in Chelevand Rural District, Lavandevil District, Astara County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 975, in 204 families.[2]
