Yinka Djin is a Canadian-Ghanaian producer, director and editor.
Biography
[edit]She was born in Montreal, Quebec. She grew up in Ghana and moved back to Montreal in the mid-90s.[1]. She is the daughter of Adu Kofi Djin, a lawyer and a former Minister of Trade, and Evelyne Djin, a French/English interpreter. She is the eldest of four children and has three brothers. She attended Achimota School in Accra, Ghana. Yinka is currently based in Ghana, but splits up her time between European and Canadian locations[2].
She was the CEO and creative director for Blue Wave Media, a multi-media production company. Prior to that, she worked in Vancouver, British Columbia for fifteen years in various capacities: a freelance web developer and video editor as well as a media content specialist for Post Time Technologies[3]
