[edit]Photograph taken by me, User:Krakatoa, of front cover of the book "The Chess-Player's Manual". The main body of the book is 884 pages of text written by G. H. D. Gossip (died 1907); after that, there is a 122-page appendix written by S. Lipschütz (died 1905). The copyright page of the book shows that it was copyrighted in 1888 by Joseph L. Blamire, and again in 1902 by David McKay. It was published by David McKay, 610 South Washington Square, Philadelphia (no date given, no ISBN). I hereby surrender all intellectual property rights that I may have in this photograph.
