Summary

Description
English: Horticultural Hall, High Street, West Chester, Pennsylvania across from the Chester County Courthouse. Built in 1848, architect Thomas U. Walter (4th Architect of the Capitol), used for a Women's Rights Convention in 1854, was used as a building for the Chester County Historical Society, in the West Chester Downtown Historic District, on the NRHP since July 2, 1985. The HD is roughly bounded by Biddle, Matlack, Barnard and New Streets, in West Chester
