Delete - I never really thought about it, but Myspace does have a Birthday reminder on their calender and WP:PW has it and it shouldn't per WP:MYSPACE as it is not adding anything or helping the project in any way. In addition, the events can still be listed on the newsletter in the recent news, so there is no need for the calender.--Tr uc o 17:07, 4 January 2009 (UTC)

Delete unnecessary to the Project. Delete. The user birthdays should go, there's no doubt about that. It could be said that the event dates could possibly be used by project members as a reminder to create the relevant event articles at the proper time; in the past I've seen articles for future events/TV series etc put up for AfD because they were created too soon - if the event calender is used for this purpose by the project members, it would avoid this problem. However, Truco's suggestion about using them on project newsletters is a sensible idea. Bettia (rawr!) 12:04, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Delete as it seems to be used more for birthdays. If it is to be used for events, it should encompass events for promotions like ROH, NJPW, AJPW, AAA, etc.. There are events worth noting outside of WWE and TNA. Mr. C.C. (talk) 18:00, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Move material to proper location Congratulating people with their birthday fosters a collaborative feeling which is good for WP, but those user birthdays belong on the birthday commitee project.
