Notability concerns for this award - I find no references about the award ceremony itself, merely the press-release style announcement and mentions of several different but similarly-named awards. Keep notable article with plenty of RS [2]; [3]; [4] and [5]. This is the same award. Some countries have their editions e.g. the "Ghana edition, which is also the maiden event of the Africa Digital Awards", Nigeria edition, etc. A slightly similar format to Eurovision Song Contest.
