WP:BLP of a writer with no strong claim to passing WP:AUTHOR and no strong reliable source coverage to get over WP:GNG. Her strongest notability claim is having been shortlisted for minor, non-notable literary awards, and her sourcing consists of two primary sources that aren't support for notability at all; two unrecoverable dead links in limited-distribution media outlets that would be fine for supplementary verification if she'd already cleared GNG on stronger sources, but aren't really makers of a GNG pass all by themselves if they're the best sources on offer; and a short book review in a library association newsletter. Nothing stated in the article gets her over the more achievement-based author criteria, but the sources aren't strong enough to give her the "notable just because sources exist" pass either.
