Nothing much in the article to prove that he is notable. WP:BEFORE only shows mirror sites and ancestry sites. He supposedly has coverage in a local journal but that's about it. Another source listed in the external links section is this, but apparently it was created then added by Kittybrewster, so I don't think it's reliable.
