- Comment. Not a person with "no notability". Only the links to books used in the article are dead. His books [1][2][3][4] are available at Springer Nature, including the most recent with Barry Boehm as one of the authors. He writes books and articles on agile software development, but books by and for developers don't usually get cited or academically reviewed in a way that lets us document notability.
